1. Overview

TDG offers three different types of delivery services which include Drop Ship Prime, Room of Choice and White Glove delivery. Below will review these delivery services in further detail.

Important: TDG only offers drop ship prime delivery services on Patio products. Room of Choice and White Glove are not available for Patio Furniture.

2. Delivery fees are available for review via our websites.

3. TDG Delivery Services 

TDG offers our guests three fantastic delivery services to choose from. From drop and go, to full-service assembly and removal of old items, TDG offers a variety of options to appeal and appease a large majority of our customer base. The below TDG Delivery Service video will easily explain the different available services and what is included with each option.  

4. Free Ship/Drop Ship Prime Delivery

See pricing charts in section 7 & 8 of this article for costs

• Delivery of product in manufacture packaging 
• Product delivered outside the door of home, garage, or front porch
• Apartments and condos, we will deliver to the front lobby, or loading dock
• No removal of old provided 
• No repositioning provided 
• No assembly provided 
• Only option available for Patio furniture delivery  
• Delivery available during weekdays, daytime only (GTA is the exception and can be booked during the weekends as well)  

5. Room of Choice (ROC) Delivery (Only available for mattress and appliances)

$99.99 for orders within city limits

$199.99 for orders outside city limits

• Appliances and Mattresses will be delivered to the room of choice 
• Daytime, and weekend delivery available 
• Removal of old provided with additional charge of $15.00 per item (Not available in 885). See Removal of old / Repositioning section (https://5p1592.acquire.io/kb/knowledge-base-default/open-order-management-oom/repositioning-removal-of-old-services) 
• Repositioning is available with this service through the Dufresne brand ONLY at $15.00 per piece. This is not offered for the Ashley brand Room of Choice delivery.

6. White Glove (WG) Delivery

$169.99 for DFA guests within city limits / $269.99 for DFA guests outside city limits

• Product delivered to the home  
• Items brought into the required room 
• Assembly of furniture 
• Appliance installation is not available  
• Removal of garbage 
• Removal of old / repositioning. Removal of old not available in 885. See Removal of old / Repositioning section (https://5p1592.acquire.io/kb/knowledge-base-default/open-order-management-oom/repositioning-removal-of-old-services)
• Patio furniture not eligible for this delivery service

Note: Guest Care will still be advising all guests of the three hour time frames and Jenny communication, regardless of delivery service chosen.

9. Codes for Deliveries

Freeship Delivery Codes:

• For Dufresne, DFA-DSP (Storis will calculate cost based upon sales order total)
• For Ashley orders under $999.99 AND that are inside city limits, use AFHS-FS
• For Ashley orders over $999.99 OR outside of city limits, use AFHS-DSP

Room of Choice Delivery Codes:

• For Dufresne, use DFA-RC
• For Ashley, use AFHS-RC

 Note: Furniture is no longer an option for the Room of Choice service for this delivery service. Only applicable for mattresses and appliances.

White Glove Delivery Codes:

• For Dufresne, use DFA-WG
• For Ashley, use AFHS-WG
