1. Overview

TDG started selling small appliances as of November 2022. Small appliance vendors include KitchenAid and Cuisinart. These appliances can include but are not limited to Air fryers, blenders/stand mixer, coffee machines and grinders, food processors, griddles, cookware, and toasters. 

2. Small Appliance Limited Warranties

• Cuisinart items come with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty which is unique in the industry. However, we may add PPP in the future. The warranty is for replacement and there is no repair.  
• KitchenAid’s warranty varies depending on the product range. A 12-month warranty is prevalent. In near future, an additional PPP will be available for $14-$80 depending on the item price.  
• If an unhappy guest walks in, the general direction will be to guide the guest to call vendors’ Central Customer Care teams. Vendors will take care of the replacement of each defective item under warranty.   
• We need to ask the guests to call the vendors as per vendors national policy. Please do not replace the items in stores unless you have to and there is a necessity to delight an angry guest. On KitchenAid, we only can request a Return Authorization within 90 days from the date we purchase from Whirlpool.  
• If you replace something as a final resolution, please note with KitchenAid we need to send back the defective item but with Cuisinart, there is no need to return the items
