1. Overview

Montage Furniture Services (MFS) is a product protection plan previously sold in the GTA market. Once TDG acquired these stores in 2016 we transitioned the region to sell Tutoris product protection plans. We are required to process MFS product protection plan claims until 2023. We will not honor any MFS claim purchased prior to 2017. MFS product protection plans help protect the guest's new furniture from accidental stains and damage. These plans can provide services for stain removal, repair, and replacement of irreparable damaged items. These product protection plans are not considered a warranty, because warranties cover manufacturer issues with the product. Typically, the damage associated with a warranty is caused by an issue with the design, workmanship, or quality of materials.

2. Guest Requires a Montage Claim

Guests who purchased Montage product protection plans must contact Montage directly for assistance. Montage will forward all qualifying claims to TDG, for us to process for the guest.

3. Montage Peace of Mind Promise

• The Peace of Mind Promise is available for customers who purchased our Product Protection Plans.
• No Peace of Mind Promise for mattress pads.
• If the customer does not use the Product Protection Plan during the coverage period, the Peace of Mind Promise is valid as a credit towards the purchase of regular priced furniture or mattresses with a minimum value of $500.
• Certificates are not transferrable.
• Only one Peace of Mind credit per $500 purchase can be applied.
• Customer must produce the Peace of Mind Certificate at the time of redemption.
• Certificates cannot be used with any other promotion.
• Certificates cannot be used for clearance items or cash-and carry items.
• The Peace of Mind is valid for 180 days plan's expiry date.
• Peace of Mind Promise credits are not available for guests prior to 2017.
• Montage is only available in the GTA region, and is no longer offered to our guests. The protection plans coverage is being phased out as of 2023.
