1. Overview

Extend is the new extended warranty provider for TDG, which will replace he current provider (Tutoris). Extend warranty coverage is for 5 years from date of possession (10 years for power bases). Extend offers coverage on cleanings, repairs, and replacements through its warranty program. 

2. Claim Requirements

All claims need to be reported within 7 days of occurrence and the reported issue needs to be covered by Extend Product Protection Plans. 

Note: All cleaning claims will require the following:

• Stain must have occurred within the last 7 days
• What is the substance of the stain (is this substance covered under Extend?)
• Did the guest attempt a gentle cleaning
• Where is the stain located?

2. Coverage Details

Leather Coverage

• Accidental rips and tears
• Cigarette burns
• Stain coverage

Note: Rips and tears caused by animals is not covered through the PPP plan.

Upholstery Coverage

• Stain coverage 

Casegood Coverage

• Accidental heat rings (one time only)
• Accidental liquid marks (one time only)
• Shattered glass
• Stain coverage

Appliances

• Food Spoilage up to $250.00 (with valid receipts only)

Note: Food spoilage is when a guests fridge/freezer stops cooling which results in good spoilage. 

Power Motion

• 10 year coverage
• Mechanical failure
• Replacement is only available if repairs cannot bring the unit to its manufacture requirements. This is included for Mechanical failure. and power surges.
