1. Overview

Tutoris warrants food spoilage when the loss is the result of a mechanical failure due to a manufacture defect. Under these circumstances, Tutoris will reimburse the customer up to a maximum value of $250.00 within a single contract period.

2. Claim requirements

1. Proof of food purchase(s) would be required. Receipts must pre-date the incident when submitting a claim on behalf of the customer. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS! 
2. Tech report stating mechanical failure fault and reported date of failure.  

3. Exclusions to coverage
Loss of food resulting from failure of the product due to power failure, losses, surges, or inadequate/interrupted electrical service would not be covered.
