1. Overview

There are times in which we have a guest who has moved to a new residence, possibly has a new telephone number, or would like their email address added to their account. This is when we would need to update the guests master account to reflect these details. 




2. Updating the Guest Master File Procedure

Use this process when we have a guest who requires their account to have a permanent change of address, phone number, email, or guest name (due to name change):


1. In Storis, go to Updating a Customers Address 

2. Enter the Customer Code into the Customer Number field and press tab. You now have the capability of updating the guests: 

  • Name  
  • Billing Address 
  • Home Phone number 
  • Cell Phone number 
  • Work Phone number 
  • Email address 

3. Update the guest’s details 

4. Press Save
