Replenishment and EOS

  1. Overview
  2. Enhanced Order Scheduling (EOS)
  3. Restrict Based on Available Date (RBOAD)
  4. Available to Promise (ATP)

  • Rate of sale
  • Existing sales orders
  • On hand inventory
  • Inbound inventory on purchase orders or transfers

2. Enhanced Order Scheduling (EOS)

EOS improves our ability to provide our guests with accurate shipping dates of AFHS merchandise and receiving dates into our distribution centers. Benefits of EOS include:

  • Stores no longer have to calculate or estimate the delivery or pick-up date on the Customer tab in Enter a Sales Order. This auto-populates based on the Available to Promise (ATP) date.
  • The ATP date, along with a new setting in Storis ‘Restrict Based on Available Date’ (RBOAD), will not allow us to date sales orders before the product can be received. This prevents overpromising possession dates to a guest.
  • Automatically suggests the earliest pickup or delivery dates for the sales orders based on inventory availability and delivery capacity.
  • Provide an easier method of scheduling partial orders to satisfy our guest’s needs.

3. Restrict Based on Available Date (RBOAD)

The functionality prohibits users from negatively affecting our guests by promising an incorrect delivery / pickup date.
