1. Overview
If the Auto Dialer is not operating, Guest Care agents will need to manually pull their guest callbacks (tickle list)
2. Manually Pulling Tickle List
Use the following procedure to manually pull your daily tickle list:
- In Storis, go to View a Coordinators Open Service Orders
- Enter your Storis ID into the Coordinator field and press tab
- In the Next Date column, select todays date, and any previous date
Your tickle list will now populate.
