Configuring Notifications for Outbound Dialer Campaign

If users do not receive outgoing notification alerts when on another page of the same browser, we need to update their finesse page settings: 

1. Notifications - Enable 
2. Pop-ups and redirects - Enable 
3. Sounds – Enable  

After following the above steps, if there are two sounds for outgoing notification alerts, Windows' audio notifications must be disabled. 

In Windows, please select none for Notification only in the 'Program Events' list under Settings>Personalization>Themes>Sounds. Please make sure to hit apply and ok when changing the sound.
