The Ashley Direct Website is an external website, maintained by Ashley Furniture Industries, for the use of Ashley Retailers. Store Front and Guest Care team members use the site to check inventory availability, delivery ETA, purchase order status and tracking, parts availability, product pictures, diagrams, and assembly instructions.

Ashley Direct is used to view all available replacement parts through the Ashley brand. We have some new added enhancements which will greatly improve your
experience. These include:
§ One login versus multiple logins by region/brand
§ 360 views for selected model numbers
§ Parts are live for availability
§ Anything discontinued will automatically remove itself
§ Metric or imperial details
4. Looking up Parts on Ashley Direct Procedure
Use this procedure when looking up parts on Ashley Direct:
1. Log into www.ashleydirect.com using your brand specific username and password.
2. On the home page, you will enter in the Ashley item number (minus the ‘ AHS’) into the Search the Catalog search bar and press enter
3. Click on your product image once it appears. You now have access to all of this model’s product details which include:
§ General measurements, weight, style, color
§ Product Description - What materials it is made of how many toss pillows come with unit, design, etc.
§ Viewing the series - See all available items within that furniture series
§ Dimensions
§ Documents - Assembly guide, parts drawing
§ Parts List - View all available parts for this model
4. Select what you would like to view, and your details will appear
