Once an agent reaches the $19.00 threshold, quarterly reviews will take place, for quarterly performance bonuses.

Quarterly Wage Evaluation Meetings will be conducted in the first month of each quarter for the prior quarter evaluation timeline.   

• No disciplinary action
• Must be employed with TDG at the time of payment
• $500.00 / $1000.00 is based on full time, actual will be based on hours worked within worked period
• No more then 5% variance between CISCO and Pay works hours
• Payment is second pay period after the end of the quarter
