Managing a Sales Order when ATP Date is Not Available

1. Overview
Note: You MUST enter a Redbook Request through Service Desk to request an updated ATP date. The Merchandising team will reach out to our vendor to be able to provide us with the required update.
2. Communicating to the Guest
Use the following script when an ATP date is not available, and you must unschedule the line item:
- We had an opportunity to review your purchased items. Unfortunately, the selected merchandise (insert item) lead-time will be a few weeks. At this time do not have a production date for (insert piece(s)) so we are unable to scheduled possession for that item. Would you like to either schedule a partial delivery, reselect your merchandise, or we can estimate your sales order for delivery.
