How to level a Chair

1. Overview

There are times in which a guest receives new product that is not level. This is mostly commonly heard with dining room chairs. When a guest calls in for this concern, we should be educating the guest on how to resolve the issue on their own, without the assistance of TDG technician. We can verbally explain to the guest or we can direct them to the YouTube video which shows the guest, in simple steps, how to level out their product to their floors.

If a guest states the issue persists, this could result in the guest flooring being unlevel in their home. We would suggest for them to try it in a different room within the house, and if the issue resolves, the concern is within the guests floors. If the issue persists, then we can send a technician to the guests home to review the concern (only under Manufacture warranty, this is not covered through the Tutoris Extended Warranty program).
