1. Overview

Fibrenew is a leather and vinyl restoration company that is Canada wide. This third-party company is used as an additional resource to our TDG Guest Care team when our internal technicians are unable to complete the defect at hand and it pertains to leather or vinyl products. These defects can include lifting of finish, cracking and peeling of the finish, structural repair, seam separation, panel replacement and attending to small tears or holes.

2. Arranging Service through Fibrenew Procedure

Use this process when arranging for service through Fibrenew:

1. Create CSO for third party cleaning SOP 

2. Use email template to contact third party for service (See Fibrenew Email Template) 

Note: We only use Fibrenew if our internal technicians are unable to complete the job at hand and Fibrenew was their recommendation for resolution after the assessment has been made.

Please note we have a guest of ours who is requesting your organizations skillsets. Our guest has a (insert item) that has (insert defect). May we please request for you to have someone visit their home to advise if this is repairable?

Please note, if the repair is under $200.00, you are able to proceed with this resolution. If the repair is over $200.00, please contact us at 1-800-737-3233 to advise of the quote, or simply reply back to this email.
