1. Introduction
When Guest Care is reviewing vacation submissions, we determine availability based upon staffing requirements for the department. We need to ensure that we are staffing appropriately to maintain a appropriate service level and offering to our guests. This article will provide you the information we use, to approve and decline these requests.
Note: All vacation requests should be submitted 2 weeks in advance to the date being requests.
Note: All vacation requests need to be taken in a 40 hours increments. Vacation requests less than 40 hours, would be declined.
2. Vacation Coverage Limitations
Guest Care staffs our team based upon our scheduled call volume. Below is an overview of how many team members can be off, at any given time.
2 team members from Inbound (this includes the Appliance team)
1 team member from Delivery Completion Data (DCD)
1 team member from Open Order Management (OOM)
1 team lead
1 manager
5 team members off as a maximum at any given time.
