Customer Code 00143012 Reason: I spoke to the mrs to advise the new parts eta. She advised me that her husband passed away recently so she will be needing to deal with this Now. She was a pleasure to talk to and was really understanding, but obviously upset about her husband passing What we would like to do for them: Send her sympathy flowers for her husband passing away
