1. Overview
When submitting a claim for a Return Authorization (RA) through the manufacture, the following contacts would be utilized dependent on the brand name, what brand it was purchased from (DFA or AFI) and region of the guest. We allow 1 week for the return authorization to be updated through the manufacture which results in the claim being approved or declined. If no response within a 1-week timeline, a Guest Care Agent will forward the email to our Business Management team, who will follow up with the vendor for a claim update.
